I have great honor to greet you from the International Union "ERTOBA". I am not a citizen of the U.S.A. I am from Georgia. I would like to bring to your attention a prisoner-Patrick Swiney. Patrick Swiney has suffered three heart attacks, suffered the chronic pain of inflammatory spiral arthritis and emphysema. he is a dying man. Keeping him in prison doesn't serve any Justice. Patrick Swiney needs our help. He is in an unhealthy dangerous situation.
I think Patrick Swiney deserves his freedom and I hope you will find it in your heart. His heart longs for freedom and his soul cries out for Justice. Patrick Swiney must return to society. He and his family has suffered too much.
Please, Take the time to study his material . We must not allowed his death in Prison.
